To browse the class schedule and to register for classes, log in to myUSF, click on Banner Self Service followed by your Student Tab. Select registration followed by look up and register for classes. Once you have selected the appropriate term, click submit. Now you can browse for any course that you want and select any filters to help you narrow your range. For example, you can select under specific academic subjects or core attributes. For example, if you are searching for a Core A1 Public Speaking class. Select ALL for subject and then scroll down and click on Core A1 Public Speaking. Click class search. All your choices will be displayed. If the check box contains a C, this means that the class is closed. If you see SR, this means Student Restriction and you are ineligible to register at this time. This could mean it is not your registration time or you have a registration hold. Let us choose Public Speaking on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:45 to 12:50. Check box, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click register. If you want to read the course description, click on the CRN Course Registration Number and View Catalog Entry. If you already know the class registration numbers you can go directly to drop and add classes. You enter your CRN numbers and click submit changes. Here is an example of a student who has registered for 16 credits. This student would like to drop a course. Click on the action scroll down menu and click Dropped Web. Make sure that you click on the submit button at the bottom of the page, or the class will not be dropped. To review your courses click return to menu and select student schedule. Here you will see a weekly snap shot of all your courses. Make sure to enter the relevant date. To review the details of each class, click return to menu and select student schedule. Here are some examples.
